The utmost attention is given to the recruitment of our personnel by stringent parameters. This includes education, age, physical fitness, background verification, and service record of each employee.

Once the contract is awarded for the provision of the services, Unicare Facility undertakes complete responsibility of providing the services to the utmost satisfaction of the clients. The staffing/the expert of operation team, after giving required training/briefing is assigned to monitor the services on a daily basis.
The organization is structured with a view to providing uninterrupted services to the client around the clock. Our organization is well structured in terms of man management with more operational staff. Right from the area officer to the Director are directly involved in every process of operation to ensure the quality of our services. Besides Weekly night checking, surprise checking and mass raids are conducted by a group of senior level teams to ensure better services with better man management.

Our training office who is an ex-serviceman provide on-site training to all security personnel on regular intervals as per clients’ requirements and keeps them motivated and alert.
Our site-specific training courses are designed after discussions with clients and assessing the training needs of the staff.

Before taking up any assignment, our operation team visits the site for survey to understand the needs of the clients’ premises. Accordingly, the security setup for premises is designed, and a detailed set of instructions stating Do’s and Don’ts, duties for security guards, emergency procedures, and other details are mentioned and shared with customers before implementation.

Our security guards at each site are supervised by area supervisors and operation managers who visit the site regularly for surprise checks thrice a week during the day time and once a week during the night.

A dedicated vigilance department is placed in the company, which secretly takes feedback from customers and monitors the services & activities of operational staff at various locations, and reports to Top Management for remedial action. This system of inspection plays a vital role in the company to ensure and maintain a professional and honest environment of working.

To ensure better man-management in the company, operation management is well structured. Right from Area officers to COO are directly involved in the execution and monitoring of operations.

This is a daily routine in Unicare Facility to conduct daily night checks and surprise checks in every unit/ location to ensure alertness and maintain our standard of services.
